Our lab offers with more than 4.500 square feets is situatied in a newly founded high-tech park south of Shanghai center. Close to the international airport PuDong we implemented an efficient shipping and handling of our international cases in order to guarantee a fast turnaround time for our clients.

GermanDent was founded in the beginning of 2006 by Steve Li and Matthias Legat as a full-service dental laboratory. Our business philosophy is based on longterm relationsship with our customers. Whereas we are building on two major principals: quality and trust! We realize that any time you agree to outsource your work to another laboratory, you inherently place a great deal of trust and responsibility in that

outsource lab. You are entrusting in us the dental restorations of your patrons, your friends, and your family. This magnitude of such a responsibility is something that we do not take lightly. Thus, every crown that is manufactured here at GermanDent is a reflection of our appreciation for your trust.

Our Quality management is run German Masters of dental technicians who are in charge for all European customers and cases. Furthermore, our MDTs train the Chinese technicians in highly sophisticated works, like implant supraconstructions and combined techniques, so that we always offer you the best solution for your cases.

Quality control for the work begins the moment a case is received in our lab.

After an initial infection control which all incoming impressions are subjected to, the impressions are then logged into our computer records and delivered to be processed. Our technicians immediately inspect all impressions and corresponding models to make sure that the margins are clearly defined. Once the models are prepped they are then advanced to the next stage of production. From here, all work is inspected at the end of each stage by our veteran departmental managers before being allowed to the next stage. Our protocol procedure for fix work involves a total of eight stages and we have the work checked at the end of six of the eight stages. Upon completion, all work is inspected a final time by our quality control staff.
